Fatima Osman, PMHNP-BC
Fatima Osman is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Originally from Ghana, she holds a BA in Economics from the University for Development Studies. After moving to the U.S. and working as a certified nurse assistant, Fatima was inspired by the nurses she worked with and shifted her focus to healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 from Capital University in Ohio. She began her nursing career in a surgical unit, which quickly transitioned into a COVID unit during the pandemic.
Her experience ignited a deep interest in mental health, leading her to transition from medical to behavioral health. Passionate about this field, she pursued graduate studies in psychiatric mental health at Walsh University in North Canton Ohio.
Fatima provides non-judgmental, safe and compassionate mental health care to all her patients.
