Cece Norton, A.P.R.N., Certified Nurse Midwife

Cece Norton is a certified nurse midwife and Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of midwifery and women’s health experience. Currently she is practicing clinical OB-GYN as a Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with Dr. Bill Kuyper. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston and her master’s degree in Maternal Fetal Nursing from the University of Colorado at Denver. She also attended Frontier School of Midwifery, now Frontier University, earning a post-graduate certificate in midwifery.

Her clinical experience includes all areas of OB and women’s health, including a special interest in menopause management. During her career she has practiced as a staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist and educator. She joined Mid-City OB-GYN, P.C. in 2015. In addition to practicing women’s health, she is on the faculty at Clarkson College in the graduate nursing program.

She holds certification from the American College of Nurse Midwives and the North American Menopause Society.
